Advantages and Disadvantages of New Media

New media such as Facebook, Twitter and blogs allow for two-way communication between a Foundation and its audience. According to the new guide "Communicating for Impact: Strategies for Grantmakers", people expect to challenge, share, and take part in media immediately.
