Racial Justice within Foundations

According to a new report, "Catalytic Change: Lessons Learned from the Racial Justice Grantmaking Assessment", foundation leaders are not spending enough time discussing race and racism issues within their organizations, nor are they adequately making the case for how racial justice can further the goals and mission of grantees. The report shares lessons learned from a racial justice assessment created by PRE and the Applied Research Center and put on by the Consumer Health Foundation and the Barr Foundation. Read the report here.
