Morgan Stanley Fellowship

About

CFU seeks the best emerging opportunities in philanthropy and partners with individuals, organizations, and foundations to help communities, including Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) communities, better serve our state. A key focus area for CFU is in the development of human capital for Utah’s social sector through investments that attract, retain, and develop top talent.

The Morgan Stanley Community Development Graduate Fellowship is an example of CFU’s intentionality around investing in talent and in human capital, as we believe that connecting students to community development work now, is an investment in the social impact leaders of tomorrow.

The Opportunity for Utah

Each year, the Morgan Stanley Community Development Graduate Fellowship (Fellowship) pairs students from graduate-level university programs (Fellows) with high-performing community development organizations (Host Organizations). Both Fellows and Host Organizations apply to be part of this Fellowship opportunity, which runs from September to June and supports projects in the fields of affordable housing, economic development, or community planning.
